Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Soulether at soulether.com, operated by Nick Krüger - Digital Solutions, Parkstraße 74, 87439 Kempten, Germany. By using the service or buying, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Soulmate Sketch asks you a few questions and uses AI to generate a one-of-a-kind pencil portrait and a personal reading. It is an artistic impression created for inspiration and entertainment only. It is not a factual prediction about a real person, not advice of any kind, and no specific outcome is promised.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Price and payment

The sketch is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. An optional add-on may be offered at checkout or after purchase. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is handled securely by Stripe.

4. Delivery and right of withdrawal

Your sketch and reading are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing the purchase you expressly request that we begin performance right away and you acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us at privacy@soulether.com and we will do our best to make it right.

5. Your content and our content

You keep the personal answers you provide. You may use the sketch and reading we generate for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The service itself, its design and software remain our property or that of our licensors.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis, for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decisions you make based on the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
