Are the advisors real people?
No, and they will tell you so themselves. Luna, Vera, Cass and Ori are AI, each written with their own voice and speciality. They read from your birth chart and remember your previous conversations, which is what makes them useful. We would rather say this plainly than let you find out later.
How do I cancel?
One tap, at any time, from the link in your confirmation email. No form, no phone call, no offer you have to decline three times. Cancel during the trial and nothing further is taken. Cancel later and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Will you charge me without warning?
No. We email you 48 hours before the first full charge, and the renewal price and date sit next to the trial price before you ever enter a card. You can cancel from that email in one tap.
What happens to my birth data and my palm photo?
The palm scan runs on your phone and the photo never leaves your device. Your birth data and your check-in notes are yours, exportable and deletable on request.
Is the astrology real?
The maths is. Your chart, transits and compatibility are calculated from real ephemeris data for your exact birth time and place, not picked from twelve pre-written templates. What you take from the interpretation is up to you, and we would rather you enjoy it than believe it.
What if I do not like it?
Ask for a refund on your first billing period and you will get one, without an argument. You also have the full 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, which we do not ask you to waive.
