What does the 10 arcana mean?

The Wheel is the only card in the major arcana that shows no person at the center. The Wheel of Fortune tarot card shows a great wheel turning in the sky, with creatures rising on one side and falling on the other. The message is about cycles: things go up, things come down, and the skill lies in timing rather than force.
