Arcana 7, the Chariot, in your Destiny Matrix
By Nick Krüger · Updated October 24, 2026 · How we write these pages
The short answer
Arcana 7 in the Destiny Matrix is the Chariot, the energy of momentum: a goal, a direction and the will to get there. In plus you move, win and carry others with you. In minus you are restless, push too hard and run from stillness. About 1 in 9 people have the Chariot at their center.

The Chariot's drive in the 7 arcana
Seven is motion with a purpose. The Chariot's keywords are drive, movement and victory, and the Chariot tarot card shows a crowned figure standing in a cart pulled by two sphinxes, one dark and one light, steering them by will alone. In the matrix that image holds the whole meaning: two forces that would pull apart, held on one course by a person who knows where they are going.
People with a strong 7 are travelers, competitors, founders and organizers of trips nobody else would attempt. They like targets and progress. Stillness unsettles them, and this is the shadow: when a 7 has no goal it invents one, or keeps moving to avoid looking at something.
Where does the 7 arcana destiny matrix energy take you in each zone?
The Chariot is at home almost everywhere on the chart. Here is how readers in Ladini's tradition interpret each point.
Calling card, born on the 7th or the 25th
You look busy, capable and on your way somewhere. People assume you will lead the trip or the project. In minus, you come across as impatient and a little hard to keep up with.
Higher self, born in July
The talent is for direction: setting goals, managing movement, sports, logistics, travel and anything that rewards persistence.
Material karma and money point
On the right corner (born in 1969, 1978, 1987, 1996 or 2005) or the money point, income comes through movement, sales, transport, competition and personal initiative. Money stalls when you wait for it instead of going after it.
Karmic task
At the bottom corner the 7 asks you to choose a direction and finish the race, without trampling others on the way. Many with this placement learn the difference between moving and running away.
Center
A 7 center recharges by doing, traveling and achieving. Holidays are active. The trap is a life with no pause in it, where rest feels like failure.
Love point
A partner who is ambitious, active and often on the move, and a relationship that works when you share goals and keep growing together.
Purpose, family and the year
In a purpose, the 7 asks you to lead people forward toward a clear goal. On a family line it can mean a lineage of travelers, soldiers or self made people. As the energy of a year on the ring, it is a year of movement, moves and decisive action.

Decode my matrixThe numbers behind the 7
Counting all 26,664 birth dates from 1940 to 2012, the Chariot sat at the center 2,917 times, 10.9 percent or about 1 in 9. It is at the karmic task point for 9.3 percent, on the love point for 9.8 percent and on the money point for 5.7 percent. Four of the 26 karmic tails contain it, together carried by 14 percent of people, or about 1 in 7.
- The 3-7-22 karmic tail: freedom chosen, not traded for safety.
- The 12-19-7 karmic tail: choosing which battles are yours.
- The 21-7-13 karmic tail: protecting and saving through your work.
- The 21-10-7 karmic tail: respecting every path, your own included.
Momentum versus restlessness
Same horses, different driver.
| In plus | In minus |
|---|---|
| Clear goals, reached | Constant motion without a destination |
| Carries others forward | Leaves others behind |
| Healthy ambition | Pushing too hard, burning out |
| Travels to grow | Travels to escape |
Steering the Chariot
Write down one goal for the year and let the smaller ones serve it. Build stillness into the schedule like any other appointment: a walk without a podcast, a weekend without plans. Before starting something new, ask whether you are moving toward something or away from it. And take someone with you, because the 7 is at its best when its momentum lifts others too.
Two charts with a 7
Someone born on 7 March 1990 has a calling card of 7, a higher self of 3, material karma of 19 and a karmic task of 11. The center is 4 and the tail is the 15-8-11 karmic tail. Someone born on 25 August 1964 also has a calling card of 7, since 25 reduces to 7, and here the center is 7 as well, a chart that both looks and lives in motion. Compare the energies before and after: arcana 6 and arcana 8.
